  1. To accept apologies for absence.

 

  1. To receive declarations of interest & written requests for dispensation.

 

  1. To consider minutes of the previous meeting – 11th October 2022.

 

  1. Resolution Log – To receive a report on the status of resolutions made at the previous meeting[s]

 

  1. Matters arising between meetings

 

  1. Open Forum for public comments to be limited to 10 minutes)

 

  1. To receive a brief report from: –

8.1 The Ward Councillor/PC chairman.

8.2   PCSO.

8.3   Footpaths officer or councillors on footpaths.

8.4   The tree warden

 

  1. Kemble Centre – To consider recent correspondence from the ACCC.

 

  1. Planning – To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council as listed below or on the Herefordshire Council Planning website prior to the meeting.
    • Planning Consultation 214118 – Woodview Cottage, Ewyas Harold. To consider submitting further representations to the Planning Inspectorate in response to an appeal against non-determination of the planning application.

 

  1. Recreation ground/pavilion
    • To receive an update on the plans for the MUGA and Footpath.
    • To review the frequency of locking of the toilets in the recreation ground.

 

  1. Lengthsman
    • To receive an update and consider/approve vital work required around the parish including possible work clearing the path on Dark Lane,
    • To receive an update on the proposed drainage work at Rowlestone to be funded by the drainage grant.
  2. Finance
    • To note the current bank balance.
    • To authorise payments to be made: as on finance agenda/information sheet.
    • To consider the appointment of an additional Councillor to the Finance Committee.
    • To consider the purchase of two bicycle racks at a cost of £289.00 (ex VAT) each.
    • To approve remedial work (replace emergency lighting) recommended by HFAS at a cost £50.
    • To note recent developments regarding the HCF grant.
    • To approve an increase in the Clerk’s salary following National Joint Council for Local Government Services (NJC) pay agreement for 2022/23
    • To consider the draft budget and precept for 2023/24
    • Financial Monitoring and Bank Reconciliation 2022/23.
    • To confirm monies received:
    • Grant requests for consideration: None.

 

  1. Roads – To receive an update on developments since the last meeting.

 

  1. Clerk Correspondence – To consider correspondence received since the previous meeting.

 

  1. Informing parishioners of the work of the GPC including social media

 

  1. To raise matters for the next agenda: no discussion.

 

  1. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting: 13th December 2022, Ewyas Harold Pavilion.
