Any members of the public wishing to attend this Parish Council meeting, are welcome to do so.

 

AGENDA

 

1. To accept apologies for absence.

 

2. To receive declarations of interest & written requests for dispensation.

 

3. To consider minutes of the previous meeting – 14^th February 2023.

 

4. Resolution Log – To receive a report on the status of resolutions made at the previous meeting[s] and agree further actions where required.

 

5. Matters arising between meetings.

 

6. Open Forum for public comments to be limited to 10 minutes)

 

7. To receive a brief report from: –

7.1 The Ward Councillor/PC chairman.

7.2  PCSO

7.3  Footpaths officer or councillors on footpaths.

7.4  The tree warden

 

8. Kemble Centre – To receive an update since the last meeting.

 

9. Planning – To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council as listed below or on the Herefordshire Council Planning website prior to the meeting.

 

10. Recreation ground/pavilion
    • To consider any developments on recreation ground matters since the last meeting.
    • To receive an update on the plans for the MUGA.
    • To consider responses to the tendering exercise for grass cutting and bin emptying in 2023/24.
    • To approve projects to support an application for additional funding for Lengthsman activities.
    • To review any expressions of interest for work on the toilet block.

 

11. Lengthsman
    • To receive an update and consider/approve vital work required around the parish.,
    • To receive an update on the proposed drainage work at Rowlestone to be funded by the drainage grant.

 

13. Finance
    • To note the current bank balance.
    • To authorise payments to be made: as on finance agenda/information sheet.
    • To consider an application for a donation from “Food for Families”
    • Financial Monitoring and Bank Reconciliation 2022/23.
    • To confirm monies received:
    • Grant requests for consideration: None.
14. Roads – To receive an update on any developments since the last meeting
15. King’s Coronation – To consider a community event to mark the King’s Coronation.
16. Clerk Correspondence – To consider correspondence received since the previous meeting
17. Informing parishioners of the work of the GPC including social media
18. To raise matters for the next agenda: no discussion.
19. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting: 11^th April 2023, Ewyas Harold Pavilion.
