1. Election of the Chairman

 

2. The death of Peter Jinman

 

3. Election of the Vice Chairman

 

4. To accept apologies for absence.

 

5. To receive declarations of interest & written requests for dispensation.

 

6. To consider minutes of the previous meeting – 9^th May 2023.

 

7. Resolution Log – To receive a report on the status of resolutions made at the previous meeting[s] and agree further actions where required.

 

8. Matters arising between meetings.

 

9. Open Forum for public comments to be limited to 10 minutes)

 

10. To receive a brief report from: –
    • PC chairman.
    • PCSO
    • Footpaths officer or councillors on footpaths.

11. Kemble Centre – To consider the recent correspondence from the ACCC and determine any further action..

 

12. Planning – To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council as listed below or on the Herefordshire Council Planning website prior to the meeting.
    • Planning Consultation 231345 – 1 Castle View, Prill Road, Ewyas Harold, Proposed single storey extension.
    • Planning Consultation 231128 – Woodview Cottage, Ewyas Harold, Hereford. Proposed dropped kerb to allow parking on the

 

13. Recreation ground/pavilion
    • To consider any developments on recreation ground matters since the last meeting.
    • To consider any developments on the proposed MUGA since the last meeting.
    • To review any further expressions of interest for work on the toilet block.

 

14. Lengthsman
    • To receive an update and consider/approve vital work required around the parish.
    • To receive an update on the proposed installation of gates on EH4.

 

15. Finance
    • To note the current bank balance.
    • To authorise payments to be made: as on finance agenda/information sheet.
    • To note the content of the Internal Audit report 2022/23.
    • To approve Section 1 Annual Governance Statement 2022/23.
    • To approve Section 2 Accounting Statement 2022/23.

16. Roads – To receive an update on any developments since the last meeting.

 

17. Code of Conduct – To approve the adoption of the Code of Conduct recommended by Herefordshire Council.

 

18. Clerk Correspondence – To consider correspondence received since the previous meeting.

 

19. Informing parishioners of the work of the GPC including social media

 

20. To raise matters for the next agenda: no discussion.
