  1. To consider minutes of the previous meeting – 13th December 2022.

 

  1. Resolution Log – To receive a report on the status of resolutions made at the previous meeting[s]

 

  1. Matters arising between meetings

  1. To receive a brief report from: –

  1. Kemble Centre – To consider any developments since the last meeting.

 

  1. Planning – To consider comments on applications to be determined by Herefordshire Council as listed below or on the Herefordshire Council Planning website prior to the meeting.
    • Planning Consultation 224164 – Unit 1, Longmeadow Industrial Estate, Ewyas Harold. Proposed erection of new entrance lobby and glazed canopy to front elevation including internal alteration to provide enlarged retail area.
    • Planning Consultation 224043 – Seaton House, Eywas Harold. Proposed erection of shed in front garden (retrospective).

 

  1. Recreation ground/pavilion
    • To receive an update on the plans for the MUGA.

 

  1. Lengthsman
    • To receive an update and consider/approve vital work required around the parish.,
    • To receive an update on the proposed drainage work at Rowlestone to be funded by the drainage grant.

 

  1. Finance
    • To note the current bank balance.
    • To authorise payments to be made: as on finance agenda/information sheet.
    • To consider a donation to Dore Community Transport.
    • Financial Monitoring and Bank Reconciliation 2022/23.

  1. Roads – To receive an update on developments since the last meeting.

 

  1. Agricultural Planning Supplementary Planning Document (AP SPD) – To consider a response to the consultation on the Agricultural Planning Supplementary Document.

 

  1. Vodafone plans to retire Rural Open Sure Signal device(s) in the parish– To note recent correspondence and determine whether a response is required..

 

  1. Clerk Correspondence – To consider correspondence received since the previous meeting.

 

  1. Informing parishioners of the work of the GPC including social media

 

  1. To raise matters for the next agenda: no discussion.
